With everything, there are rules. I didn't make these up, but it is essential that you follow ALL of them to prevent being dumped in their "City Toilets." (If you're dumped in the City Toilets, you are forbidden to lay anymore bricks on any building on the site) :X

Rules to Remember: (Please read carefully BEFORE posting your messages):
1. Before y'all get too carried away w/ your messages, everyone is entitled to post ONE brick PER MONTH - PER e-mail address. (But, if you have 2 different e-mail addresses, you are allowed to post 2 bricks per month, using one e-mail address for each brick.)
2. ALL messages are limited to 25 characters - this includes letters, numbers, AND spaces!
3. You can NOT use your bricks to advertise websites outside of Top Dog City. (in other words, don't post URL links to your sites on the bricks.)
**4. This one's MY rule: If y'all happen to run into Brad, please resist the temptation to tell him what we're doing. Wouldn't it be cool if we surprised him w/ a super duper tall skyscraper of love for Christmas?! ;)

Again, please make sure y'all follow these rules to prevent being dumped in their "City Toilets." (Every member thrown into the toilets makes our "building" look bad. This is a team effort, so please don't ruin the fun for the rest of us.)
